AC remote wasn't provided. Flush was a little faulty. Complimentaries weren't provided.

The staff and the room service was very casual and unresponsive. The facilities provided in the room should be ranked 0; the TV was not connected, the fan speed control was not working, the AC remote was not available. Either you freeze in cold or melt in heat. Only the room size is good
